1. User Agreement
By downloading or producing content associated with Injune Midori, you automatically agree to abide by all terms and conditions listed in this terms of use.
2. Allocation of Credit
Injune Midori’s name must be present on any published work that uses her voicebank or character, i.e. in the title, the description or tags of the published work.
3. Usage and Content Restrictions
Unless otherwise specified, the following conditions apply to all characters, voicebanks, and content associated with Injune Midori:
- Creation of hateful content or any content that is intended to offend or harm is prohibited
- Creation of illegal content and content considered criminal is prohibited
- Creation of sexual and violent content is prohibited
- Creation of suggestive content is permitted with exceptions (see additional conditions below)
- Creation of political and religious content is prohibited
- Creation of content that violates the UTAU software terms of use is prohibited
The additional conditions below apply, without exception, to all voicebanks sampled from when Xue was under 18 years of age, and to any voicebanks and character designs wherein Injune Midori is deemed to be under 18 years of age by Xue. These conditions apply regardless of how you interpret the voicebank, character and other content associated with Injune Midori:
- Creation of suggestive content is prohibited
The additional conditions listed above affect the following voicebanks and their associated character design:
- ORIGIN (previously known as ACT1)
- ACT2
- ACT3
4. Commercial Use
- Non-commercial use such as for doujinshi is permitted
- Commercial use is prohibited unless user has contacted and received permission from Xue
5. Voicebank Modification and Distribution
- Modification of voicebank samples is prohibited
- Modification of voicebank configurations (i.e. oto.ini, frq files, etc.) is permitted
- Modification of voicebank for use in other vocal synth software is prohibited
- Redistribution of voicebank is prohibited without exception
- Distribution of voicebank configurations (i.e. oto.ini, frq files, etc.) is permitted
6. Interpretation of Character
Although character information is provided on Injune Midori’s official website and in the readme.txt included with her voicebanks, users are free to interpret Injune Midori differently, as long as the interpretation adheres to her terms of use and the UTAU software terms of use.
7. Disclaimer
- Xue will not be held liable under any circumstances in which damage or loss occurs due to downloading or using the voicebank or character of Injune Midori or any content associated with Injune Midori
- Terms and conditions are subject to change at Xue’s discretion
- If the terms of use or character information in the voicebank’s readme.txt file does not match that which is outlined on the official website, the terms and information on the website should be assumed to be up to date and will take precedence
